30 Day Free Returns
If your order isn’t perfect, you can return it free of charge within 30 days from the date that it is shipped.
Returns are free of charge and there is no restocking fee. 100% of your order will be refunded so long as it is returned in its original condition. We are only able to allow one return per customer in a six month period but if you anticipate special circumstances please contact us before you place your order.
How it Works
- E-mail us at hello@frankdarling.com or text us as 646-859-0718.
- Within one business day, we’ll e-mail you a pre-paid, fully insured UPS return label, along with instructions on how to safely package your items.
- Take your order to the nearest UPS and mail it back. They can assist with packaging as needed.
- Your refund will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase.
Lifetime Guarantee
We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If we determine your ring has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. If the ring is no longer available, Frank Darling may, in its discretion, replace with like-kind or issue a refund equal to the price of the original item.
Damage and everyday wear is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty. We encourage you to talk to your concierge about best practices for ring care, and take advantage of our free lifetime cleaning and polishing.
Please note Frank Darling rings are handmade, and subtle variations in craftsmanship are one of the many things that make each item unique. These give our products character and are not considered a defect.
Insured Shipping
Leadtime
Every Frank Darling ring is crafted by hand and made to order in New York City. It will take approximately two weeks from the date of order for us to craft and ship your ring. Speed and Service
Shipping is free of charge. All shipments (excluding try at home kits) are sent via UPS next day air and are insured for the full value of your purchase. Signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.
Outer Packaging
Your order will arrive in a white, unmarked cardboard box. It won’t have any logos or branding. The shipping label will not display Frank Darling or any identifying marks. If you need any special arrangements for delivery, please contact your concierge or hello@frankdarling.com.
Ring Packaging
Engagement rings come packaged in a custom white leather box lined with hand-dyed blue velvet suede. With your engagement ring purchase, you'll receive a gift box, microfiber cleaning cloth, diamond certificate, proof of purchase and appraisal (if requested).
Care Policy
Resizing
Resizing is free for life. You will only need to pay for shipping which costs approximately $40 round trip, and includes insurance. Resizing takes one week plus shipping time. Cleaning & ring polishing
Your ring was crafted with care to stand the test of time. All Frank Darling rings are of heirloom quality and with a little regular maintenance will stand the test of time. We offer complimentary ring cleaning and polishing for all rings. Insured shipping costs are not included, and are based on the value of the ring.
